So, this is a nice design and your technical skills as far as anatomy and coloring goes are clearly pretty good. All of his limbs and everything are the right sizes and shapes, nothing looks messy, etc.

I do have a couple reservations about how he's drawn: I know it's going for an anime art style, but his face should accommodate his wide grin a little more; it looks like the mouth was just placed onto it as an afterthought. Maybe give him those wrinkles around the corners of it, and lower his chin a little? Also, his hair looks a bit flat because of the simple shadow the hat casts on it - I mean, you definitely have the right idea by shading and I wish more artists would remember to do that, but try adding more bumps and stuff in the shading to make the hair look 3D.

I also think the shadows in some areas are too dark. It's fine for a quick comic drawing, but as a standalone piece that just makes it look more jarring. It is, however, good that you make some of the cards be at different angles and positions (communicated by their differing shapes and sizes), but then you should be accommodating that with shadows that are more like the size of the card, the closer the card is to the wall. The motion blur is also cool, although I think it'd be even more effective if certain cards were really close to the screen, kind of a bokeh effect. Nevertheless, good contribution to an art trade and solid skills in most areas.
