The ideas and composition are headed on a good path. It still needs a lot of work on the execution front but what's floating in your head is the start of beautiful works. It's reminiscent of Disgaea if you're aware of that game series.

What needs some workin on is the general construction and shapes of the characters and their placement in perspective. They all seem rather flat for what it's worth due to bodies not showing proper weight, gesture, grounding. As well as the clothes coming off as stiff because of the lack of folding and the way you chose to suggest lighting with the black ink. What this all boils down to is simply: work on your anatomy and proportions some more as you're headed on a good path.

Secondly and lastly what I'll mention is in regards to your linework. With a piece like this which is so heavily set in two tones it's difficult to nail the right look since you have to simplify the light source so much. Again, you're on the right track since you started to show hatching in some areas, pure black silhouettes in some areas and even having reflected light on materials that needed it like the pants and shoes. For starters make sure your blacks are pure and without the white of the paper showing through unless it is intentional for some reason. Get a thick black prismacolor for this or even some dip pens if you have em. What's most important though with your hatch work is to follow the forms of the structure and light. This is super important. With the crystals on the right side, the monster above the crystals and even the clothes on the characters I find the hatching to not follow the form properly. This will be your biggest ally in showing depth and allowing your characters to pop. Easier said than done I know but try to allow the lines to suggest light and form instead of sketching them in as you please.
